About This Space
The Test Lab serves both undergraduate and graduate students as the primary facility for mechanical testing of structures, materials, and prototypes. This lab is equipped with static, dynamic, torsional, and environmental load frame capabilities. The Test Lab also provides a wide array of prototype testing instruments from accelerometers to flow meters to force sensors and everything in between engaging students in hands-on validation testing. Students are encouraged to use handheld devices any time and load frame usage is by appointment only with TAs.
