The Mechanical Engineering Department office is Room 126 Spencer Laboratory, on Academy Street just South of Delaware Avenue.

• From Maryland and the South on Interstate 95:
  Exit 109B for Newark, Delaware, Rt. 279 and continue on Rt. 2 (Elkton Road) to termination at right turn onto Delaware Avenue (one way). Continue to third traffic light at Academy Street and turn right. The first driveway on the right is for Spencer Laboratory deliveries and drop-offs. Limited metered parking is available in this lot and along Academy Street. You may also use the Perkins parking garage, which is located further down Academy Street on the left immediately after you pass the Perkins Student Center. (Bring parking ticket with you).

• From New Jersey/Pennsylvania and the North on Interstate 95:
  Exit 1B for Newark/Rt. 896. Continue North on College Avenue past the University Field House. (Do not turn at Rt. 4 where Rt. 896 deviates from College Avenue). Turn right at the first traffic light beyond the railway bridge onto East Park Place. Turn left at the first light onto Academy Street. Parking is available in Perkins Parking Garage next to Perkins Student Center on the right. Spencer Laboratory is 400 yards further North on the left. (Bring parking ticket with you).
