Interview of Rob Hutchinson

Context:
For this assignment I will interview my fellow 10.2 teammate Rob Hutchinson. In doing so I will learn more about one of the people that I will be working with this year. Doing and interview such as this one will help us, as a team, learn more about each other and therefore work better together.

Work:
Rob Hutchinson is a University of Delaware freshman Mechanical Engineering Major. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware on July 19, 1986. He previously attended Wilmington Charter School. After high school, he decided to pursue Mechanical Engineering because he enjoyed working on projects as a part of a team. He also thought that of all the available engineering fields, mechanical best suited his interests. He is very knowledgable about computers, and is currently getting the hang of using excel. In his free time, Rob enjoys playing golf, reading science-fiction novels and historical fiction. He also spends time working on cars. During the summer, he works with his uncle and grandfather, who are in the plumbing business. This year, he lives on the third floor of Russel D. His personal goals this year include developing good time management skills and learning something interesting about mechanical engineering. In general, Rob is very easygoing and hardworking. In his own words, Rob "knows a little bit about a lot of stuff."

Discussion:
I learned quite a bit about Rob during this short interview. He seems to be a good guy and I will definately get along well with him as a teammate.
