L3a - Context, Work, Discussion

Context
For this week’s design notebook assignment, L3a, we will work together to complete several tasks. We will work on "Exploring the Problem," "Present-Stae / Desired-State," "Statement-Restatement," a Duncker Diagram, UDesign Top-Ten Wants, final Problem Definition, updated run charts, and meeting minutes. Over the course of the week, team 10.2 will also have several meetings to ensure the quality and completeness of design notebook work.

Work
Throughout this portion of the assignment, the team has added many pieces of work to the design notebook. As work is beginning to get done, the balloon launcher assignment as a whole has taken foot. The work can be found throughout the notebook and can be found by examining the Table of Contents.

Discussion
Things are coming together very nicely for us as a team. The meetings that have been held thus far have been successful and productive. It has been interesting for each of us working together as a team. We all get along well, and dividing up the work has been no problem. However, the first week of actual design notebook material creation has been a bit shaky, just because of the unfamiliarity of the material.
As a team, we are also beginning to discover the unique individual talents of the members.
Now that the notebook has been put together completely, future assignments should fit in neatly and with greater eas. As a team, we feel that it is important that we start off strong in terms of work completion and communication, so that we do well as a unit.
