The concepts that would be most efficient at meeting our metrics and customer are the single person slingshot and the handheld crossbow balloon launchers. The reason they were chosen above the others was because the customers strongly emphasized mobility and ease of set-up. Since both concepts are hand-held, they more than adequately meet the customers' wants in this areas. Also, the range of these devices can be theoretically adjusted depending on the position of the user, and the angle at which the device is held, enhancing the satisfaction of using the launcher.
