Carl W. Hall (1950) Dean Emeritus of Engineering and Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering at Washington State University; Member, National Academy of Engineering; former Deputy Assistant Director of the National Science Foundation's Directorate for Engineering (Retired)
